By creating an account or using VidShortsAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VidShortsAI.

2. Description of Service

VidShortsAI is an AI-powered short video generation platform. Users provide text prompts and the Service automatically generates videos using artificial intelligence, including script writing, voice synthesis, visual sourcing, and video rendering.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement
One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must not share your account with any other person
Notify us immediately at support@vidshortsai.com if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

Generate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
Create misleading, false, or deceptive content including fake news or fabricated quotes
Produce content that defames, harasses, or threatens any individual or group
Generate sexually explicit or pornographic content
Create content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
Produce content involving minors in any inappropriate context
Use the Service for automated bulk generation via bots or scripts
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Use the Service to spread political disinformation or manipulate public opinion

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates this policy without prior notice and without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

Videos generated by VidShortsAI are created by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy or factual correctness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. VidShortsAI is not liable for any harm arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

Videos you generate are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes
Stock footage is licensed under Pexels License and Wikimedia Commons Creative Commons licenses
VidShortsAI retains no ownership of your generated videos
All platform content, branding, and software belong to VidShortsAI

8. Credits and Subscriptions

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase
Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
All payments are processed by Polar.sh

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidShortsAI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
