Summary: Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if fewer than 1 video has been generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for the current period unless requested within 48 hours of charge.

1. Credit Packs (One-time purchases)

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase
Fewer than 1 video must have been generated using those credits
Each account is limited to 1 refund per 6 months
Requests must include your account email, purchase date, reason, and any supporting screenshots

2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation stops future billing
Refunds for the current billing period may be issued if requested within 48 hours of the charge and fewer than 5 videos have been generated
Auto-renewal refunds: if not notified of renewal, contact us within 7 days
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time

3. Always Refunded

Duplicate charges due to a technical error
Service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault
Unauthorized charges (fraud)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Credits or subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted prices
Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
Requests submitted after the applicable time window
More than 1 refund request within 6 months
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality

5. How to Request a Refund

Your account email address
Purchase date and amount
Reason for the refund request
Supporting screenshots (if applicable)

All requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

VidShortsAI reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
